As we prepare for the 2021 season and beyond, we will be recruiting for the following positions:
Looking for a new challenge & a change of scene…. We’re looking for chefs, bakers, curers & smokers, fermenters, butchers, foragers. Essentially, some like-minded people.
You will be involved in delivering a consistent level of ingredient-led, locally sourced food across the restaurant and deli business. As we prepare for the season and the next 18 months ahead, we are looking to recruit for a few positions in the kitchen team:
Kitchen Porter (full or part-time) – working to provide coverage across our trading hours. A great position if you are interested in training into other kitchen roles.
Front of House
We are always interested to hear from people who are interested in Front of House roles.
We currently have part-time positions for daytime and evening work.
