You’ll be part of a 6 chef + 2 bakers + 3 KP team.
Chef de Partie (full-time) – a varied role working across the kitchen with a mix of daytime and evening shifts, to help provide additional coverage across our trading hours and deliver an exciting menu for 2020
Kitchen Porter (part-time) – working with two full-time KP’s to provide coverage across our trading hours. New position due to internal promotion. Training into wider kitchen roles for those interested.
Front of House
Restaurant Manager – to lead and help set our restaurant standards as we develop and refine our food & drink offering in our first years. You will naturally have a passion for food, wine and great service.
Receptionist (part-time) – to greet & help customers and manage/promote our accommodation offering
Front of House (full and part-time) – to fill a few gaps in our team and to develop our offering. Year round, permanent contract or seasonal to suit. We’re looking for people who have an interest in or passion for wine / coffee / food, to work within the team.
Barperson (full-time) – to work in our Lounge-Bar across a mix of daytime and evening shifts.
Back of House
