Kitchen Brigade
Senior Sous Chef – working with Chef-Director to develop the food offering and act as Head Chef in his absence.
Kitchen Porter (part-time) – working to provide coverage across our trading hours. New position due to internal promotion. Training into wider kitchen roles for those interested.
Front of House
Receptionist (part-time) – to greet & help customers and manage/promote our accommodation offering
Front of House (full and part-time) – to fill a few gaps in our team and to develop our offering. Year round, permanent contract or seasonal to suit. We’re looking for people who have an interest in or passion for wine / coffee / food, to work within the team.
Back of House
