We are excited to collaborate with family-based producers and suppliers both on Skye and the West Coast of Scotland. We like to view our suppliers as part of our family, sharing their best quality ingredients and products with us so that our kitchen team can create simple and flavoursome dishes for you.
We’re committed to working closely with local, ethically responsible producers to source our meat in a ‘nose to tail’ approach where possible. With seafood literally on our doorstep, we are working with local fishermen and fish suppliers in Portree, to bring fresh fish and seafood to your plate.
Charcuterie & cheese
Our lunch platters showcase delicious charcuterie and cheeses from Scottish producers such as East Coast Cured, Great Glen and Isle of Mull Cheese, along with homemade pickles and delicacies.
We’re working with quality wine merchants Corney & Barrow and Liberty Wines to create an interesting wine menu to complement our dishes.
