FLEXIBLE & STANDARD BOOKINGS
For flexible or standard bookings, valid card details will be taken at time of booking and stored securely. You may cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. You will be charged the full amount if you cancel within the 2 days before arrival or if you do not show. Cancellations and alterations must be made in writing. Any cancellation or modification fees are determined by the property. You will pay any additional costs to the property.
ADVANCE PURCHASE BOOKINGS
Our advance purchase rate offers the best value for money rate, however you will pay the full amount (100%) when you book and it is non-refundable. It cannot be exchanged for other dates, accommodation, goods or services. So, if you cancel you will still pay. We strongly recommend travel insurance as this is the only way to get your money back.
For all bookings, we recommend you take out travel insurance to cover you against cancellation or any other disruption to your travel plans.
The Dunvegan Skye Ltd shall not be liable for any failure during this agreement if the same shall arise out of a force majeure event. This shall include without limitation denial of service or similar attacks, failure of infrastructure, Government intervention, travel restrictions, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockout, terrorist attacks or industrial action affecting The Dunvegan Skye Ltd.
Smoking is prohibited by law in any of the bedrooms or public areas within The Dunvegan. The management reserves the right to cancel the reservation of any guest without notice if a guest ignores the non-smoking policy. Guests will be liable for a charge up to £150 if found smoking within The Dunvegan.
All details are correct at time of going to print as of 17 June 2020. Any confirmed bookings made prior to this date would be subject to our previous terms and conditions applicable at time of booking, as per your booking email or our website. We reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured on our websites, email campaigns, or otherwise at any time.
We can accept no liability if any of your personal belongings or those of your party are lost and/or damaged within or in-transit to The Dunvegan. If the property of The Dunvegan is deliberately or negligently damaged by you or any member of your party, you will be fully responsible for the repair or replacement of the property in question.
All prices include breakfast and VAT at 20%.
No pets allowed in the building.
OPENING TIMES for Food & Drink – 15 July to 31 July 2020
Our planned opening times for this period are:
Lunch open Thursday – Sunday 11-2pm
Dinner open Thursday – Saturday 6 – 8.30pm.
Cold platters available by arrangement for other evenings.
BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION – MADE PRIOR TO 1 JUNE 2020
Payment due in full on booking. 100% deposit. Please note your deposit is non refundable. In exceptional circumstances we will offer to transfer your booking to another date within 3 months of the original reservation. If this falls into a higher price bracket you will be required to pay the difference.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we have extended your time to transfer your booking until the end of 2021.
